Now that we know where we are going to have Apogaea this year we are ready to have our mandatory sound camp meeting. On Sunday, May 1st at 3 pm we will meet at the Rackhouse: 208 South Kalamath Street Denver, CO 80223-1813. (720) 570-7824! http://rackhousepub.com/ . Whether or not you are registered/registering this meeting is required for everyone planning on playing music. A sound camp is considered anyone who plays music at Apogaea with a sound system that is powered by a generator. This includes sound camps, theme camps (both registered or not) and individual contributors. If you have already registered your sound camp or theme camp, then you do not need to send another letter of intent. If you are not sure, then send the letter of intent. This is not a full scale registration, this is so we can begin the logistics of sound to Apogaea this year.
1st: If you would like to bring a sound system to Apogaea, you must register your camp or your intent before the April 30th deadline.
2nd: You must have a representative at this meeting to be considered for a sound camp.

We may have more camps wanting to play sound than we have space for at Apogaea. We will be discussing how to integrate sound and make the best use of our resources. Every sound camp must send someone for us to consider them a sound camp. So, yes attendance is required.
