Parking & Camping Info

Parking and camping is available at Apogaea; however our space is limited! Read on to find out more details about how best to plan your parking & camping experience at Apogaea.

RVs, trailers, and car camping (cars that you will be sleeping in) are welcome at the event.  Camp leads should include RVs, trailers, and car camping in their theme camp registration to ensure you’ll have enough space.

If you are planning to bring an RV, trailer, or car camp, and you are not with a registered theme camp, you have two options:

  1. Register as a theme camp to get a reserved space.
  2. Find an available spot in designated open camping upon your arrival.

Weather permitting, we will allow car and trailer parking in camp again this year!

If weather presents less than ideal conditions, we will ask that you move your car(s) to designated safe parking areas after unloading your gear.

Stay tuned as we will know more about parking conditions closer to the event.

Vehicles may be towed if they impede the event functioning as planned and operated by the Apogaea organization or if they are intruding on emergency access lanes.

Roads and emergency access lanes must remain unobstructed during the entire event, including setup and breakdown.

If the owner of the vehicle cannot be found, then the vehicle risks being towed at the owner’s expense.
