Theme Camp registrations:
To be make the deadlines for the art map:
Theme camps with pro level audio must register by 4-9
Theme camps without pro level audio must register by 4-20
After that point, any theme camps that register are not guaranteed to make it to the art map.
When the map goes to print, any camps or art that registers afterwards will be allocated space onsite as it is available and will be on the GoogleMyMaps.
Art registrations:
Artists that want to give preliminary map feedback must register by May 3rd.
Art registered by May 9th will meet the deadline for the art map.
Any art registered after May 9th may not make the art map, but will be given space as available.
Non-art map camp and art registration links will close as we reach capacity.
