Mutant Vehicles and Art Cars Will be Allowed!

Although driving will be limited to nights only, we are excited to announce that these moving art pieces will be allowed, as long as you register, according to the regulations here.

The Department of Mutant Vehicles is accepting registration applications until May 31.
