Q:    What if I don’t want my refund and I want to donate it to Apo for next year?
A:    Everyone who purchased a ticket will be receiving a refund.  If you want to donate to Apo

Q:    What if I want my ticket to roll-over to next year?
A:     Unfortunately, due to legal reasons, we have to refund all tickets.  Tickets will not roll-over to next year. However, we are working on a plan for next year that will help to ease some of the pain. More information on this will be coming soon.

Q:    Is there any way to ensure I get a ticket next year because this year is canceled? Do you have a list of some kind?  How do I get on it?
A:    We are completely heartbroken about the turn of events and are working as a team to come up with some ideas for next year. We promise all of you that we will have something special to take the sting out of things. However, right now we are focusing on getting refunds out. We will be discussing things we can do for next year after we have found a new venue.

Q:    I have free time…what can I do to help?
A:    Thank you for all your offers.  However, right now, ticketing is completely staffed. We do need people to help search for land and volunteer for other key positions. Please visit our website to see what positions are open (Volunteer Here).  We are also going to need more Board Members for next year.  We will be accepting applications during the nomination period from July 15 until August 1st, 2015.

Q:    I bought my ticket on Ladder, the ticket exchange program Apo offered, or from someone else. How do I get a refund?
A:    All refunds are processed by Ticketfly, so all refunds go back to the original purchaser. You will need to contact the person you bought your ticket from in order to get your refund. We do not have any control over this. There is no other option.

Q:    I bought tickets for my entire camp/crew/burner family. How do they get refunds?
A:    You will receive the money back, therefore you will need to decide how to refund your camp/crew/burner family etc. We have no control over this. You will be refunded for all of your purchases within 5 days.

Q:    I used a Promo Code to buy my ticket. How do I get a refund?
A:    If you purchased your ticket, then you will receive a refund.  It will take about 5 days.

Q:    What if my ticket was Ignition/Sparks/Directed Ticket/Art Grant/Will-Call?
A:    Please see the previous answer to the question above.

Q:    What if I no longer have that CC or it’s no longer valid?
A:    Please contact Ticketfly at 877-435-9849.  They will work with you to get it all figured out.

Q:    I’m a sad panda and I don’t know what to do with myself if I don’t get to go to Apogaea!
A:    We have compiled an interactive document of alternative events on the same and alternate dates. You can check it out here:  http://bit.ly/AltApo15.

Q:    How do I blah, blah, blah… bacon…bacon … bacon… bacon… bacon… and salmon?
A:    You will be receiving a refund in about 5 days.  It will come from Ticketfly.  We are legally required to do so.  So if you bought a ticket from Ticketfly, then YOU will get a refund from Ticketfly in about 5 days.

Please see if any of the above answers your questions.  If not… then you can email
[email protected] and I will get back to you within 24 hours.  But, right now I’m going to go find a pub, drink a pint, and quietly cry in the corner.
