The Apogaea Board of Directors would like to thank everyone in the community for all of the hard work that has been poured into Apogaea 2015 Synchronicity. This has been a very challenging year in producing the event, and without the continued dedicated effort of so many we would not have been able to make it to this point.
After reviewing all of the safety concerns of our department leads, exploring potential relocation options and hearing from our community over the last four days, the Board of Directors of Apogaea Inc has made a decision. Due to the refusal of the land owner to execute our lease on the land that we have used consecutively for the last four years in Bailey, Colorado, and having no other suitable options at this time, we have decided that our best course of action is to cancel the event for 2015.
While we know this is a deep disappointment to our community, we feel it is now time to move forward, reset our countdown clock and look forward to Apogaea 2016. Our ticketing lead will be handling all of the ticket refunds in conjunction with TicketFly. You should be receiving information regarding the refund process by the end of the week.
We know you are disappointed, and we feel the same. But, the important things have not been lost. We are a strong and growing community. We are taking the time and care to respond well to recent setbacks. We are laying very solid foundations for a bright and awesome future. We have each other and a shared set of values and our soaring optimism. We hope you support our decision and take continued pride in who we are and what we are building.

Apogaea 2016 will be much, much better next year.
