Hello Apogaea !
The board and myself are working on a solution that will best fit everyone. Given the events of the last 24 hours. I am currently putting everything on hold for one week. I am going to process refunds (for those who want it) but…I need to work out all the kinks first. I haven’t had the time to do that and I need to work with Ticketfly, but it’s the weekend and everyone is off.
So… as of right now,we don’t have a final answer on refunds, but we will by the end of this week. Once I have a plan on how to proceed with things, I will release an official statement. I promise all of you that I will get it out to you as soon as I can. Soplease have some patience.
