Tickets
Do you have your ticket? If you purchased your ticket from a third party, did you check to see if the barcode was on the voided list? If you forget your ticket, there is no back-up list at the gate, so make sure you have your paper ticket in hand or are on the Will Call List.

Waiver
Did you print out the waiver? If you forgot, don’t worry-there are waivers at the gate. But it sure does help speedy the process if you’ve printed it out and signed it prior to arriving at the gate.

Who, What, When, Where Guide
Did you download the guide on your mobile device? There will not be many copies available for the general public, so make sure you either print a copy or download it to your mobile device. Worse comes to worse, there will be a large-format printed version at Center Camp along with a couple of copies at Info Booth.
Car Tag
Car Tags are new to Apogaea this year! By having all cars registered to a participant, it’ll be easier to find the driver/owner of a car if something happens. If you forget your tag, there will be some at the gate. EVERYONE must have a Car ID Tag, no matter if you are parking in the lots below or within the event in camps.
All cars parking at camps will need not only the car tag, but a parking sticker as well. These stickers are available only to those who registered during the open registration period and are available at the Placement Booth.

Bringing Kids?
There are a couple of resources for parents bringing children to Apogaea. From helpful tips to a voluntary lost child form, these links and groups are available for parents and their children alike.
