The latest placement map is up! Now with detailed placement for neighborhoods, art, open camping and what everyone’s been waiting for: theme and sound camps! Click on the image above to bring up the latest version.
Check out these awesome updates:
- Added road/vehicle area just north of center camp for better open tent camping access
- Modified location of multiple sound zones
- Added details for the (holy COW!) 27 sound systems
- Added an open tent and vehicle camping zone (where Kidsville was last year)
- Added point locations for 36 art projects (mostly creative grants-scroll to the specific rounds for this year’s winners)
- Added 20 placement areas to East Neighborhood
- Added 26 placement areas to South Neighborhood
- Added 39 placement areas to North Neighborhood
- Whew!
Thanks to everyone who filled out registrations! Placement areas are tentative and could change. As we have a LOT of people this year, more so than ever before, space is VERY limited. It’ll be tight camping this year. Help us by reaching out and negotiating with your neighbors ahead of time.
This version includes most registered camps/art up until those submitted on 5/16/2014 with just a few exceptions. The printable map should be available on (or just shortly after) 5/19/2014. The online map will likely continue to evolve until work weekend to capture any further changes. Keep checking back for the latest and greatest version!
