Evan also finds joy in sculpting with metals, especially the contrast of blending stainless and mild steels.
Venus Fire Trap

Vicecream
Gabe Wells
I’m a self-taught painter and sculptor based in Denver, working in the tradition of imaginative realism. My work combines classical oil techniques with a personal, symbolic visual language—blending realism with the surreal to create images that invite reflection. I came to painting simply because I loved the way it felt to paint. Over time, that instinct evolved into a deeper curiosity about how visual storytelling can connect our inner and outer worlds. The Burning Man community has been a source of inspiration and personal growth, in both my creative life, and within myself.
