Details: The Apogaea 2025 Volunteer Appreciation Party will be held on Sunday, July 13 from 12-6PM at Sloan’s Lake. Please RSVP so we can plan for enough food. Anyone who has ever volunteered or planned to volunteer for this year’s event is welcome to attend! Please plan to bring your own plate, cup, and utensils, as well as a chair. Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. Please plan on bringing your own alcoholic beverages.

When: Sunday, July 13th, 12:00PM – 6:00PM.
In order for us to plan for the correct amount of food, please RSVP via this form. We’ll be serving brats and burgers (veggie burgers, too) with all the fixin’s, fried chicken, chips, assorted cold salads, fruit, and desserts as well as water and some cold beverages.
Please bring:
- A chair or picnic blanket
- Any shade you’d like…it’s a pretty sunny spot with only a few trees
- Games, hoops, spin toys
- BYOB but no glass bottles
- Your own plates, cups, and utensils
