The Apogaea board has decided NOT to postpone or cancel the event at this time!

This does not mean that Apogaea is guaranteed to happen. In life there are no guarantees. What it does mean is that we are going to continue forward with every energy that we can muster to co-create this event with you all.

The board would very sincerely like to thank the community for the groundswell of support. We filled nearly 200 additional volunteer shifts in the last 24 hours. We were able to secure ICS daily leads which our safety services team feel are qualified. The Rangers and BAMF teams are a go for the event.
The board is very close to submitting a permit. More on the permit and insurance to come!
Things are falling into place, but we must not relax; we must stay hopeful. This year has been such a challenge; it’s not time to quit though! It’s not time to sink. It’s time to get really excited and put on your tutu [editor’s note: original post said “It’s time to swim.” Please note swimming is cause for ejection at Apogaea]!
The outpouring of support has been truly inspiring.
