News from the Gate! We have a new In and Out policy. Ever find yourself needing to leave the event but want to come back? Did the $40 fee make your heart stop in previous years? Well no more! We now have a flat $10 per person In and Out fee. Regardless of rhyme or reason, if you need to leave Apogaea to go back to the real world we are going to make things easier and cheaper for you.
Here’s what you do –
1 – moan the sadness of having to leave Apogaea.
2 – make sure you are sober.
3 – find your wallet, ticket stub (the real one, not the art one), and your identification (for those with Will Call tickets, do not worry about the ticket stub, we will just double check you on the Will Call list when you return)
4 – get your car.
5 – on your final exit off the land, you will be stopped by a volunteer that will ask you if you want to re-enter. If you do, say “Yes!” Then hand him or her $10 (per person that is in the car that wants to come back) and they will put a nifty In/Out wristband on your wrist.
6 – do your default world stuff. Fast! Get back to us!
7 – when you re-enter, stop at the Gate and show them your In/Out wristband and your ticket stub and they will let you back into the amazing world of Apogaea.
Please note: ALL OF THIS MUST BE DONE DURING GATE HOURS! If you leave outside of Gate hours you will not have a means to get back in. You MUST purchase your In/Out wristband on the way OUT of the event.
