As tickets start arriving in the mail, we would like to send a heads up on some changes you’ll see at the gate.
Almost all tickets should be in Apogaean’s hands by May 27th. ON MAY 28th, if you still haven’t received your ticket, DO NOT call TicketFly. They will not be re-issuing tickets. Please contact our AWESOME ticket lead volunteer, Brie. She will void the barcode on your actual ticket and place you on the Will Call list. This is only if you do not receive your ticket by the 28th.

We all like toys, right? TicketFly is sending our gate crew ticket scanners to validate ticket bar codes. This is yet another way to not only keep things moving at the gate, but put a kibosh on scalpers, too.

Our Ticket Department will provide a list of all the tickets that are voided. Before you purchase a ticket AT FACE VALUE from anyone besides TicketFly, please check this list to ensure the ticket you are buying is not VOIDED.
