The Event Coordinator works with the Apogaea Ignition department leaders to help them with their timelines, team org charts, job descriptions, processes and procedures. Accountability and responsibility for developing these things rests 100% with the individual Apogaea Ignition department leaders. The purpose of the Event Coordinator is (1) to facilitate and support our leaders in getting these important things documented, refreshed, (2) to ensure that these things are shared and available to all of Ignition, (3) to support Ignition folks as they leverage these things operationally, and (4) to keep the board informed about progress, and areas where more attention is required,
