BoD Election
Apogaea is continuing our call for board members and our official nomination period is open for board candidates until July 24th at midnight. There are 5 positions open: 1 one-year term, 1 two-year term, and 3 three-year terms. Per Apogaea bylaws, the call for nomination of board candidates stays open for 14 days. After the 14 days have concluded, the entire ballot of board candidates will be shared with the community and the election will be held via on-line vote from July 25th until August 8th. The results of the board election will be announced within 24 hours of the vote closing.
All current members of Ignition will get an e-mail at their @apogaea.com address with a unique URL and/or code to the on-line voting site (BallotBin).
All interested candidates should go to the Open Board Member Positions Page for details on how to apply. Candidate’s applications will be posted to Apogaea Election discussion group here: http://bit.ly/ApoElection. In addition, all public correspondences and Q&A will be posted to this Google Groups site. Candidates are expected to join the Apogaea Election Google Group and Reply to All with their responses. Anyone with an e-mail address can join this Elections group and will be added once approved by the admins.

The 2015 Apogaea Retrospective will be held Friday, July 17th until Sunday, July 19th at Arapahoe Valley Ranch. All Board, Ignition, Spark members, Board candidates, theme camp leads, and granted artists are invited to attend. This is not a “public/open to anyone” event. Only those in the list above are invited and can bring their significant other.
