Hello My Lovelies!
First, I want to tell you that I love this community and the out-pouring love we have received from everyone. Many of you have asked about donating your ticket to the event to help with the land search. Other regional burns have offered to take in Colorado with open arms. You guys are absolutely amazing.
However, here is the down and dirty of it all. Because we canceled the event we have to offer refunds. We are legally required to do it. Ticketfly will be processing all refunds. It will take about 5 days to process.
I have gotten many questions lately about refunds and other options. I have tried to answer most of your question here on the Q&A page. If this page doesn’t have your question, please email me at [email protected], and I will get back to you.
Due to this unfortunate turn of events, Apogaea has incurred an estimated $90,000 in unrecoverable expenses for 2015. This affects our funding for our 2016 event, especially for our ability to give out 2016 art grants. Would you please consider helping us close this gap by donating all or some of the money refunded to you from your ticket? We appreciate all your help and efforts to make our 2016 event amazing. I know this is hard for everyone. I am heartbroken, too.
