Official policy on ticket refunds

Apogaea has always had a no refund policy.   If for some unexpected reason the event does not happen, we will figure something out that is in the best interest of our community, our event, and is alignment with state and federal law.

At this point, look of the event is still unknown.  However, we are sure that the community will bring the charisma that makes the event special.  Every year the event grows and becomes a little different.  This year the Park County Outdoor Event Permit Regulations have changed and we must change with them.  The permit application became available yesterday, and we will be applying for our permit in the next week.  Right now, we have a lot of unknowns, and we will continue to be as transparent as possible.  Please look for updates to be posted on the Apogaea website.  If you have any other ticketing questions you can read the Ticketing Q&A page here.

We know that people are really excited and passionate about Apogaea.  It’s one of elements that make Apogaea amazing.  We want all participants to have time to make art, organize theme camps, plan travel, and generally get excited for the event.  Thus, we are going forward with ticket sales.  Round 1 Ticket Sales begin at 6pm tonight. Round 2 Ticket Sales begin on March 21st at noon.  Apogaea first official ticket exchange will open on March 21st at 1pm.

Please have faith in the event and in us.  We love it just as much as you do.  We are all working around the clock to make it happen.  If you are hesitant about making a purchase today…that is OK.  We understand.   We feel it is better to tell you where we are in the world of the unknowns and let you make your best decision on participation this year.  We hope to see you there.
